An interesting response with effective references to texts which inspired your construction of the main character.
If you wish to revise your response you could use the adjective "androgynous" to explain your lead character who is inspired by Lisbeth Salendar in The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. Where your main character links to the generic femme fatale archetype is in her deviance. If you google www.filmsite.org there is some excellent information on femme fatales Click sub genre then click film noir : an example from the site...
.."Greatest Femmes Fatales in Classic Film Noir: Classic film noir developed during and after World War II, taking advantage of the post-war ambience of anxiety, pessimism, and suspicion, and possibly reflecting male fears of female liberation and independence during the war years......" another example: ...."The femme fatale, who had also transgressed societal norms with her independent and smart, menacing actions, would bring both her and the hero to a downfall..." Obviously in contemporary films such as The Girl with the Dragan Tattoo" though Lisbeth transgresses social norms she survives. Your lead character is likely to be put away for a long stretch.
..."Amnesia suffered by the protagonist was a common plot device in noir thrillers..." This statement could be used to describe the state of mind of your main character. You could include this in question 1 or add to Question 2 regarding the way your main character not only challenges the stylish glamorous and seductive femme fatale, but your character also represents a generic plot device as she possibly suffers from amnesia or a refusal to face up to her actions, this is a device used in thrillers which include psychotic characters, for example "Memento". Psychotic characters are also represented in Animal Kingdom (Josh's uncles)!
I hope this helps. You could add another slide or revise in order to raise your grade.
